Title: i have a big problem,any ideas?

hi  guys, is there any way to logon to the administrator account without use the password?
 
this is the situation.
 someone was using home pc (windows xp spc 2) he created a password to login as admin. now he doesn'nt  remember it and he didn'nt write it anywhere.the pc has very important info.
please help me. :'( :'(

Forum rules prevent discussions on how to crack/bypass security measures regardless of the circumstances.

We cannot be 100% certain that the computer in question is in the hands of the rightful/legal owner.  You could take the pc to a tech shop for assistance if you can show proof of ownership.
