The company I work for has two domains (say, x & y). I have built a new server using Windows Server 2003 R2 and installed it on domain y. I checked and I can access it ok through a logon in domain y.
Our users log on in domain x. I logged on in domain x and tried to access this new server. I could see the server but when I tried to open it I got the following message: -
\\Y-SVR4 is not accessible
There are currectly no logon servers available to service the logon request.
Other servers on the y domain are accessible from the x domain.
Has anyone got any ideas?
Thanks

I have just done just experimenting and found that I can see both domains from the new server. This probably means that there is something I've missed out when building this server. I can't think what though!
Any ideas. ???
