I am just assuming that may be what he meant, really I wanted to know...

Download  Flash_Disinfector.exe (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/Flash_Disinfector.exe) by sUBs and save it to your desktop:

.
Note: Flash_Disinfector will create a hidden folder named autorun.inf in each partition and every USB drive plugged in when you ran it. Don't delete this folder...it will help protect your drives from future infection.

symptoms of the Bar311.exe virus:

1. automatic shutdown

2. slow system

Can you try this one:
Go to My Computers
Tools
Folder Options
View tab
uncheck - hide extensions for known file types
uncheck - hide protected operating system files
select the radio button - show hidden files and folders

Try open again your portable storage device:
Go to My Computer,
click the FOLDERS in the standard buttons,
on the left side of the window, select the drive of your portable storage device
delete the bar311.exe

Depending on what all damage has been done that may be the only option.

Try to scan it for virus.

Post the log when complete.

Plug in the USB drive prior to performing the steps below.

Please keep ALL other programs closed during the scan

Run an online scan with the Kaspersky Online Scanner (http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner)(http://i154.photobucket.com/albums/s258/evilfantasy69/Kas-Savetxt.gif)

Note for Internet Explorer 7 users: If at any time you have trouble with the accept button of the license, click on the Zoom tool located at the right bottom of the IE window and set the zoom to 75 %. Once the license accepted, reset to 100%.
