Title: bios voltage???

 ??? i have an asus p4pb-mx motherboard and every time i boot up it says "hardware monitor has found an error",  i finally checked it out and the +5v monitor in the bios is reading 5.37 and flashing red now i know this is not good but what does it mean and how can i fix it?
