KEEPS DOING THE SAME THING AND EVEN RUNNING SLOWER, ALSO IT WONT LET ME DOWNLOAD THE CLEANER FROM MICROSOFT WEBSITE. I HAVE DELETED COOKIES AND CLEARED HISTORY AND DELETED FILES. SOMEBODY HELP ME.. Try scanning for spyware and viruses. Then if the problem persists, I recommend reinstalling Internet Explorer.
-
I HAVE ALREADY DONE ALL THAT AND STILL NOTHING...
-
How about trying Firefox instead of IE? Firefox is so much better anyway.

Turn off your capslock.
Post some more info on what protection apps you have tried..."a bunch of the free ones" does not tell us much...

Turn off your capslock.
I don't know, it could be the contagious "capslock" virus, that forces capslock to be enabled, and disables the shift keys.

Did you try this (http://www.computerhope.com/forum/index.php/topic,46313.msg290095.html#msg290095)?

Hi
if you have added any toolbars , remove all and try it

If you can, try CCleaner, it has a registry cleaner that is absolutely amazing. I had many registry errors that nearly destroyed my computer and CCleaner cleaned it all up
