wth!? sfcfiles.dll missing?? wer is it located so i can put it der?? or even better how do i get it ther?! :'(

 :'( i also have a problem with instally anything with a 'HDC' problem. Is it related? all my ide properties (whent i click on them) have that 'hdc could not load' problem. any suggestions?

OK, let's start off by typing in english.  Maybe a whole word, some capitalization, etc.  That would certainly make it easier to determine exactly what you are asking.

Next....
1. What OS are you using?
2. What Anti-virus software are you using?
3. What Anti-spyware software are you using?
4. When was the last time you updated these and did full scans?
5. When does this error occur?
6. Does it happen everytime or just some times?
