Hi This is a really dumb question but does Default program mean the first choice or 2nd choice to use :-\

Default is what is set up as primary.

If for instance you have Irfanview set to associate with GIF and JPG images with a double click on an image file to open and view - then it is indeed the default program as an image app, unless changed to something else.
