Title: wireless icon not found

I'm not sure if im in the right place but i don't have a wireless icon in my connections window . I reinstalled my windows i'm pretty sure i installed everything.HELP !!

it would be there so i could set it up i have all my dell disks in order to reinstalleverything i just cant find what needs to be installed. In my device manager there is nothing about wireless . I'm new to this soooooooooooooooo..
