I have a HP photosmart 3310. I have not had a moments trouble with it. I replaced an ink cartridge and I think I opened the top to check installation when it said not to interupt. I now receive the error code 0xc15a0007. I have been told this is not recoverable(fixable) but HP will trade it in for a photosmart 7280 for $227.00 and pay shipping but they want the old printer. This makes me think it can be refurbished to some degree. Why else would they want it back! Please help I am trying to save $227.oo dollars. Thanks, Steve.
