Title: Can't start up computer

I just downloaded Avast and it told me to do a reboot and when I rebooted I can't seem to go anywhere.
It shows the window logo and then reboots itself and keeps on repeating. The only way I can get on is safe mode. Anyhelp from here on out?  Thanks
