Is there a flac plugin available? for listening, not so much worried about burning. Thanks!

The audio codec?
Sure there is, and its part of a large collection of codecs I use for Windows Media Player so I can open just about any file possible.

Klite Codec Pack:

When you click Download, select "Download [ K-Lite Codec Pack 4.3.1 FULL ]"

This will also allow you to open Apple files in WMP11, and the weirdest formats ever...
