Title: Chat (mibbit.com) having issues

Seems as though the mibbit IRC chat servers are having issues as I and many others were disconnected and cannot reconnect and their site is getting timeout errors. So if you're unable to connect to chat this is why.

Yeah, I just tried to go onto it, and it doesn't load.  What is up with that???
