what part of hp laser jet printer is malfuctioning? i recieve a 50 service error?

Like I said in another post, this is most commonly a power issue (from my experience).  However, with the tiny amount of information you have provided, there is no way of actually knowing.

What is the EXACT model of your HP printer?  Different printers often have different error messages/codes.

And please...follow the instructions you were given before asking the same question over and over and over and over and over again.  If you don't like the answer, tough!  In reality, people can't just wave a magic wand and make all your problems disappear, no matter how many times you post.

Follow the instructions you were given or don't bother posting.
