This is not a Install file it just helps recovery for Vista for those who can not get to the desktop because Vista will not boot.Many people bought a new
HP or Dell and several other Manufacturers and did not get a recovery disk with the computer.

These should be legitimate links Carbon.It is only for repair if you
were not given a recovery disk my Upload is for Vista 32bit. If you
find this inapproriate delete the post.
