Title: Pure (the video game), bizarre error

This is pretty awkward to be honest, not your everyday problem really .. xD
The game pure is, a pretty good , ATV racing game.. the problem is that when my cousin tries to play it .. the drivers are invisible, and not just the one on "my" ATV but every single racer model is gone.
 The computer is proper and the gfx isnt the problem .. so I'm just wondering what the *censored* is causing this, cuz there aint much fun in an ATV driving around on its own

Oh, and the game is genuine aswell, not downloaded.

What Operating System?
Any recent downloads/installs/ect...
