formulate an algorithm(pseudocode) that permutes and displays the permutations of a string of consisting of up to 20 words.Write a program that implements your algorithm.use your program to investigate the number of acceptable phrases that may be generated from the phrase;The good college is worth belonging to and so we will be part of it.

He could have atleast rephrased it so that it would be harder to understand that it is homework.
