Title: Does anyone know a mesh builder for a Windows Vista?

Google Sketchup is a fairly nice CAD-like program (though not incredibly useful).

Blender is a good modeling program, but it has a very steep learning curve...

I was going to suggest Google Sketchup. Very nice program.
