Recently got a new computer, and now I can only see the URLs of links in the status bar when I right-click on them. How can I make hovering the cursor over the link enough for the URL to show up?
Browser: I.E. 7
O.S.: Windows Vista 64-bit SP1 (if this matters...)
Thanks.

Do you mean in the Status Bar (grey bar at the bottom of window)?
Go to View > Status Bar. Does that work?

Yes the status bar is enabled. Like I said, I can see the URL in it when I right-click on a link. I can even see the URL when I hover the cursor over an image link. But when I hover over a text link, nothing shows up.

Is this on every site, or just on one particular site?

On most sites - google, wikipedia, amazon and livejournal included - the URLs don't show up at all when I hover. Here they do show up. On some sites (like tv.com) they don't show up at first but might later. On others (like msn.com) they do show up at first but then disappear.
EDIT: Solved. Apparently one of my add-ons was to blame.

Did you try Internet Explorer with no addons (or IE Safe Mode)?
EDIT: Sorry, didn't notice it was solved. ;)
