Title: Help Computers Trashed

Ok so awhile ago my brother some how managed to get about 200 viruses on my computer and they wreaked havoc on the thing. It destroyed most of my documents, music, everything and made the thing slow as molases with pop ups every 3 seconds. We brought it to an IT at my moms work and he did the best he could and still couldnt fix it. I was wondering if its possible to just clear everything on it and re-instal windows or something? Clear the slate. If that would work how do I go about doing this?

Please confirm your operating system version Win 98/ME, are you dual booting?

Do you have a genuine operating system install CD with the COA?
