Title: HELP symantec problem scanning message 1 of 1

can someone help me im always geting a notice in the bottom left hand corner of the screen from my norton saying scaaning message 1 of 1 when i havent even sent a message. Sometimes a window appears saying that a message has failed to send. I need help, ive done a full system scan with norton and it doesnt find anythin. I dont wanna remove it as my subcription will go away so i cant download AVG HELP ASAP THANK UUU
