Title: Sys32 trojan?

Hi. I am helping a friend with her messed up computer.
Ran Remove it and this trojan came up. Remove it wouldnt remove it(stated
it couldnt). Malwarebytes didnt even find it.

the file is    sys32.IS-S3DVE

How do I find this and eradicate it?

Any help would be appreciated.
