Hello Again!
I have a pair of nVidia 8800GTs in SLI in an A8N ASUS Premium mb.
When I run a DXDIAG, it shows that the driver is 181.20
I want to update the driver to 181.22.
However when I run that update, I get two results. The DXDIAG shows the driver to still be 181.20, while the Device Manager shows the driver to be 181.22 for both cards.
When I try to access the nVidia display panel, it tells me that can't be displayed because of a version mismatch.
Can anyone help with this?
Thanks.

Hi there
Sounds like the nVidea drivers aren't updating properly.
Try using this program here: http://downloads.guru3d.com/Guru3D---Driver-Sweeper-(Setup)_d1655.html (http://downloads.guru3d.com/Guru3D---Driver-Sweeper-(Setup)_d1655.html)
And then reinstalling your newer drivers afterwards :)

Thanks for the help.
I downloaded the software but when I ran it I got an error - think it was a memory glitch. But perhaps it helped anyway.
After that I ran an uninstall of nVidia display drivers. I then ran an install of the 181.22 version.
However when I booted up again no drivers were installed. So I went to Device Manager and installed each video card seperately from the directory that contained the 181.22 patch. That seemed to do it. Now I have 181.22 on both Device Manager and DXDIAG and I no longer get error messages regarding different versions.
Thanks for helping!
