Title: keypad problem in laptop

hello guys, i have just recovered my laptop due to a lot of virus.but unfortunately, some keys in my laptop is have changes.like for instance, my 'Y' key displays 'Z' not 'Y' and other keys as well.only some.can you help me how to fix this?badly needed help.pleeeeeeeeaaaaassssssssseeeeee :(

Do not write letters with the letter Y.
Learn the ALT code for the letters  Y and  y.
   Y =089  y = 121
Program a key you never use to be Y.
Use the on screen keyboard.
Get another keyboard and plug it into the laptop.

Clean the keyboard. Of couse, if you are not very careful
you will damage it further.  :o
