hello

i need to change the display language (menu, welcome screen, wizards languages) for my vista HOME version from English to Arabic

i have read about the enterprise version, and it doesn't apply to my home version please help me

Unfortunately...

Windows vista MUI (Multilingual User Interface) language packs lets Windows Vista Ultimate and Enterprise edition users to translate and change the display language for vista user interfaces.Thus they can have their windows user interfaces (UIs) translated into their own language for menus and dialogs, with MUI (Multilingual User Interface) language packs.

so you are telling me that there is no other choice but to re install my vista

What I'm saying, you can't do this with Home edition.
You can either upgrade to Ultimate edition, or install Arabic version of Home edition.
