Did you know that throughout the winter, toxic chemicals build up in your house? So it is good to open your windows for a few minutes at least one time through out the entire season where you do not have the windows open. Now my room smells soo much fresher than it did just a little bit ago. And my headache is gone. Try it. See what you think. But don't forget to either turn the tiny little space heater off, or close the vent so you aren't wasting heat. Tell what you noticed about this.
-
how long should they be opened
-
My window is always open.
-
Doesnt that make it cold?
-
the window should be opened for 5 minutes or so. Of course it will be cold! Just give it a bit to warm back up and your room will be fresh and warm.
-
wewt
-
It doesn't seem to last long. I bet it does. It just isn't as.......actually, I have no idea whatsoever!
-
That is against the EULA. Microsoft will not allow Windows to ever be opened. Windows is a trademark of Microsoft and anybody caught trying to open up Windows will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. ::)
-
I can see minute ice crystals forming and floating about, Wow this is really Cool and refreshing and almost as much fun as the 1st time I threw a cup full of hot water outside at 50 Below.......It took off like a streak, sizzled a bit then Floated away without ever hitting the Ground.
-
Are you in like antartica?
-
geek your right! Everyone close their windows and get some whiteout to hide any changes made while open! ;D
-

Yes.

-
I see calum
Laska: you need to upload the picture to a place like photobucket or something
-
CR: the very picture of a naive american when it comes to temperatures and location... (1D-10-T error?)
If I had to guess I would say Laska was near Russia, in one of the now sovereign states of the former USSR.
Either that or northern Canada.
-
Looks more like the north pole to me........
-
Looks more like the north pole to me........

-
Because the white spot it where Laska is and it looks like the area of the north pole
-
I think Laska is on Mars. ;D
If you look at the pic you can see a white spot there.

O.K. Heres another clue for you all, BC is closest and where I am at is where you can pull out your compass and where the Northern end of the needle is pointing is actually South, but no I am not On The North Pole.
-
I think I got it you guys! Laska lives N. of Yukon Territory....am i right? am i am i? Btw, that is in Canada
-
I'm in B.C :)
north of B.C is the Yukon territory. North of that is the ocean. I'd say northern Yukon... unless they are aquatic.
-
So, you went north to avoid
Toxic chemicals ???
-
yeah what the heck were you thinking?
-
your in canadia BC?!?! ???
-
your in canadia BC?!?! ???
Canada, actually.
it's in my profile...
-
I've never been to Canadia...heard it's nice though...
-
One of the Most Wonderful and Enchanting Places Ever !
B.C. is most Majestic from my recollections and when you reach the Yukon Terr. the Enchantment grows as the farther North you go :D
-
I want to go to canada too. the closest ive been was in Canadian waters
-
yeah what the heck were you thinking?
I was thinking Adventure and a truer way of life.....I have not been disapointed
-
And despite what everybody says- Cold is a lot better then hot, IMO; this is why I don't like summer-time. Winter you can escape any cold by going inside... doesn't work so well here (Vancouver Island) because it's get's humid in the summer too... Now a dry heat is a completely different story, because the shade in those cases can sometimes actually be "cold" compared to sunny parts.
Farthest North I've been was Fort St. John for two years, it got cold, but it was never a "OMG the penguins are dying" type of cold.
For the record though the fact that I'm in BC has nothing to do with the BC prefix on my account name- that's just a happy coincidence, actually. :)
-
oh well now that you brouht it up, your right. Your accont name does have bc in it. Well, now I have something to bother you about... ;D ;D
-
I'm in B.C :)

I remember Ft. St. John but I'm drawing a blanc on the Penguins
Also now that you mention it, if not then what DOES the BC stand for
Come On You can tell Us ;) ;) ;)
-
BC stands for BASeCamp Corporation, a little brand name I put on all the programs I write. Also means I don't need to be imaginative with program names- BCScript, BCFile, BASeParser, just add BASe or BC to the start and I have a unique name.

Don't worry, I noticed. I always says the same thing e.g.
'Where are you from'
'I'm Canadian'
'What part of Canadia are you from'
'Thats not funny' etc etc
Canadian have no sense of humour. ;D

I think Gin and Ice is less toxic than vodka or whiskey.
But be careful about the ice. :P
-
We call ice in Whiskey alcohol abuse...
-
jeez, it's not like we all can drink on this forum! Anyhoo, personally I like a cup of apple juice withe exactly 3 ice cubes........ OH!!!!!! AND A BENDY STRAW!!!!!!!!!!!
-
I LOVE BENDY STRAWS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Apple juice goes good with Everclear.
-
Everything goes good with EverClear
This could me the breakthrough in my cheese drink research- does it go well with cheese?
-
indeed- this may require experimentation. a little swiss, some cheddar and provolone- and maybe even a light dusting of parmesan and shredded mozzarella. heat it up, blend it in a blender with everclear, and put it in the freezer. It should become a soft and "slushie" like, making a great summer drink!
-
You Got Me Goin' BC :D
That isn't a hard thing to you. :)
-
