Title: I need a Video editing program that will use .MOV files...Any ideas?

My camera save video to .MOV format. Movie Maker does not recognize them. Does anyone know of a good editing program that will use them. Or that will convert .MOV to Mpeg. I don't need anything fancy at this time.
