Title: SCSI Hard disk is not detected

Hi, this is sai krishna,  i am using compaq server and the hard disk is SCSI,  hard disk is not detected, and is showing Red indication on SCSI hard disk.
I am giving down the system messages i observed from switch ON the CPU
 
 Compaq system Bios- Dio(02/17/2003)
Proc 1 initialized at 1.400 GHz/133 MHz with 512Kbyte cache
Redundant  Rom detected-This system contains a valid backup system ROM
Compaq ultra3 Bios 3.02.01

Is the drive jumpered properly / got another drive to replace it?
