Title: FF and IE

Hello. I have this problem.. It's just recently that the images on these sites I visited are pixelated and it's really annoying..


Both IE and FF do the same thing.. But when I view images on my window, they're ok. As well as my wallpaper.

HELP!

Oh, can you smell the brownies? It's 2am, and I am baking.. NO, not SPACE CAKES! :P

I am sorry but I think I might have found the problem.. It's my provider messing around, again..
