For the month of May we thought we would run a poll seeing how many of you out there have participated in online dating. This month we would like your thoughts and if you like your experiences with online dating and if you would recommend or not recommend it. Feel free to discuss any other relevant information on this post as well.
A complete listing of all the Computer Hope polls as well as last month’s poll can be found at (http://www.computerhope.com/polls.htm).

Hi I'm new here
... and am just trying online dating (Match...)
and finding it very frustrating.... only 3 dates and it seems like these guys are "looking" for some special order and not a real human being.
It actually has me doubting myself - I thought I was considered attractive but you'd think I'm a dog the way I get rejected. :'(
-
:DI try dating sites over 1 yrs now, it's not work, what I most found is 'weired' men....but I 've got such a value experienced of how human being nowaday ;D..I won't give up!...there will be the one

Sure at first I had ???...but i met my husband of 8 months now online Yahoo Personnals to be exact. I was on several online dating services. Met several I would consider as friends. But you have to be careful out there you have to weed out the garden per say to find the right bloom....
I wouldn't trade my new husband for anything in the world! ;D ;D ;D ;D

No, I would never engage in such activities. - such an act would be contrary to my believes.
-
I met my husband online. It's been great.

Too much of it is thinly disguised prostitution. So no way.
Needed to dig up a post from 9 months ago? ::)

Check the year, Mac.

The topic is still relevant and hasn't received a lot of replies.
Your idea of "relevant" is beyond suspect! :o
-
There are plenty of topics that are current and up to date. No reason to bump a year-old thread.

Yeh this is a interesting one about Online dating i suppose if we keep it to the subject it would be a good one to read about. (That means No Mac Attack)

How about starting one that is only open to yourself? Be sure and spend a lot of time there. Maybe the red vs. black BS could be flogged another time.
Spudhead!
-
How about starting one on on-line conscription?

Yeah, one time I was in a political debate and someone brought up a Wiki article that I instantly found flaws with. I brought up the points that it had to be wrong, and the problem that anyone can edit it, and his reply was, get this: "Well, it looks accurate."
