I have windows vista and just recently I am unable to access my firewall program. I need to access it due to a gaming server i run off my computer. People are now unable to create accounts on my machine. I need access to my firewall settings.....*pulling her hair our*

Repost the log, but this time disable "word wrap" in Notepad. The log is hard to read.
What exactly is your problem with accessing firewall?

I attatched it. Cannot seem to get word wrap off here.
I go to lturn off or on....the firewall, and it won't open then it says the service is turned off. I go to firewall in services and it says "windows unable to start windows firewall"

I don't see any immediate threat, but I can see some Norton leftovers, while you're using Avira as your protection program.

Restart computer afterwards, and see, if you can bring Windows firewall up.
