I have a Compaq Presario Lap Top and I am trying to replace the heat sink fan and I can't figure out how to get to the fan I went to the Compaq web site and it gave directions on how to access the fan by removing the keyboard well I don't know what Lap Top they were talking about, it looked like mine until it came to the part of removing the keyboard, on the one they were demonstrating on it said there were four locking tabs that needed to be unlocked to release the keyboard well mine doesn't have those tabs the owners manual doesn't tell you how to get to the fan either. I'm hoping some one has had one of these and knows what I have to do, I wouldn't think it would be to difficult, and they always say try the easiest things first. Thank you in advance to anyone who can shed some light on this.
