Title: trayapp.msi and internet shutdown before loading

Hello-I have a problem that I am not familiar with the errors that are popping up. My computer has been acting up for a few days and now it is really crazy. I have a trayapp.msi window coming up. I found a forum somewhere and read to put a hp printer install disc in to reload or load because something was missing in program. Well that would be OK but now my CD ROM is not working. It will not read any disc. Also internet loads halfway and then goes off. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!Donnie
