"Windows-Virtual Memory Minimum Too Low
your system is low virtual memory. Windows is increasing the size of your virtual memory paging file. During this process, memory requests for some applications may be denied. For more information, see Help". This is one pop up that bothers me a lot and the problem is that each time this comes up, my activities becomes restricted with a caution: <your request cannot be completed d>. Pls help! What can I do?

How much RAM is installed in your computer? How large is your hard drive and how much free space do you have? Do you know how to manually change the size of your virtual memory paging file?
Edit: See the link posted by GlitchPC for instructions on changing the size of your virtual memory paging file
