Title: failed upgrade / Windows ME

I did an upgrade for Windows ME , now I can't boot my pc. I ran setup at least 3 times, same prob. it says: won't upgrade %1 to %2. I need t uninstall Windows ME , start over.What DOS commands do I use?

I use my Windows (xp) cd to format drives. i dont know if that is the same way it is done in ME.
