Title: Check a blank DVD for errors

I was wondering if there is any program out there that can check a blank DVD before you record on it, to see if there are any bad sectors or error that may cause the DVD not to record or finalize correctly?

CD's Dont work in the same way as a hard drive.

A blank CD has no filesystem to check, and therefor, it cant really be checked for errors that accurately.

On your CD Burning program, check the box that says: "Verify". This will verify the contents of the CD.
