Title: my puter says I need 2 reinstall NTray & a .dll program

I think I have a fairly simple question, but need help. PLEASE  I've been on this4 days & nights now!
IDIAS NTRAY Fw.exe AND  Nv_common.dll.. i HAVE THE FACTORY CD so it would seem to be a fairly simple fix (hA!)
pease help

 This must have popped up a jillion times alread, but it's taken my 45 mins just to get this posted---Please some help or steer me to one who can. BTW George St. Pieere Rules & BJ Penn talks trash.
