Title: I'm infected, need some help please

Hi, I need some help please.
Only hint I got that something was up was the WinPatrol kept popping up every two minutes saying that RqRlccAq.dll and FccccVpM.dll (both located in C:\windows\system32) were trying to open on start up. I denied access. Ran McAffee--it found W32/virut.n.gen and quarantined or repaired it in all but 7 (of the 34 they were in) places. Once that happened, I did a full scan on MBAM, then decided I was in over my head, and came back here (Broni helped me last summer with a malware issue).
I'm running Windows XP sp2 on an HP Pavilion dv8000 .
I've attached the logs.

Especially the part about identity theft.....Broni or evilfantasy will be along to fill you in, but I would be contacting the proper people to change my accounts if they were used commercially. This is a nasty piece of work.
