Post by: THENASCAR on May 18, 2009, 08:37:56 PM
alright everyone im new around these parts but heres what im after.ive built to 2 computers on my own so far and have a basic understanding of what parts work with eachother. although both of my 2 computers are as you would say.....mutts, they do work. ive always been into gaming and just never had the money until now to build a rig i can be happy with. so here are some questions.

northbridge and southbridge? what is the difference and what do they do?
what processor is best for speed and why?
hard drives? speed and why?
I wouldnt mind some general information about BUS speed and what it means.

any help would be appreciated. thanks again
