Title: Outlook Express 6 problem

I have Windows XP (service pack 3), Internet Explorer 7 and Outlook Express 6, I install all updates on a regular schedule. When I create a new e-mail and hit the SEND or SPELL button, a dialog box opens up stating that the feature I am looking for is located on the "Microsoft Digital Imaging Editor" installation CD.
