Title: ArcCon.ac Unable to Locate Component (Error Message)

I installed a photo scanner/printer (VuPoint) and the related software from Arc. 

I uninstalled the scanner, but not the Arc software, and now I keep getting this error message:
This application has failed to start because MagCore.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

reinstalling did not happen when I tried.  Also does not show after I deleted it from my programs add/remove.   :-[
