your boot disk is not working properly and to fix the system you must insert the disk that the system runs on for windows to boot because your hard drive is probably failing, Try listening to your computer if there are any irregular sounds comeing from your PC. if any other problems come email me at:[email protected]  ill try to figure out whats goeing on plz reply to this fourm and ill get to you if i dont respond email me because im probably at home.

I do not have the disk it is talking about nor know what it is. I have noticed that there is a clicking sound that keeps repeating when I turn my computer on. I do have a disk that can install drivers and some other things, but whenever I put that in nothing seems to work.

If you're hearing a clicking noise it's almost definately the hard disk drive head trying to move and being unable to. Therefore I'd suggest either getting a new hard disk drive or having the computer serviced so they can put a new hard disk drive in for you.

Stop using the drive IMMEDIATELY if you have any hope of rescuing your data...
It can be hooked up to another working desktop machine and you may have a chance...
You will probably only get one chance so be prepared ahead of time...

Dang. Well at least there is a little chance of transfering at least SOME data from my hard-drive. But seeing as I have no choice I'm going to have to get another hard-drive. I'll have to try this weekend. Oh, well.

Anyways, THANKS GUYS! Everyone who either gave some advice or at least knew what to expect. Thank you.
