Title: iPod touch help

My iPod won't let me open my downloaded apps.
It just quits on me when I open the app

Have you tried restoring your iPod in iTunes?  This can often resolve a number of software problems.

or try updating the ipod firmware...if it is jailbroken you may think about restoring it as socrates says
