Title: Windows 2000 log in Problem

I recently bought one of those public use internet terminals at a garage sale. I brought it home and plugged it in,  it goes through the start up with no problems. It gets to the windows log in screen and I have no idea what the log in is and the place I bought it from has "no Idea" . Any one have any suggestions on how to get by the log in  screen?
