Use http://www.ustream.tv/ and then embed the player on your site.

Thanks, however How do I download the player and when I go on the site will it automatically use this web player?

Huh?
What is it exactly that you want to do?
Is this the right website you're talking about: sloopinn.co.uk? Looks like a parked domain to me.

Sorry, I have probably not explained this very well, All i am trying to do is view the Harbour in St ives from this websites webcam:

Gotcha. ;D
You are using Internet Explorer, aren't you? On the page with the picture, (using Internet Explorer) click on the text at the top of the area where the picture should load. Do you get a popup saying something about refreshing the page for the ActiveX?

I got the pop up saying click here to allow activeX, which I did but still got no change?
Ps many thanks for your time and help with this.

Did you restart IE afterwards?
-
Yeah , I did restart, it just does not make sense!!
