Title: IE FAVORITES locked

I can't delete or organize any FAVORITES. The list is locked.

FAVORITES? the bookmarked sites thing in internet explorer?

Yes, but I meant MSN. In any event 90 minutes online with MSN support failed to correct it. I'll have to reinstall MSN 9.6--again--as that's their fallback position. 9.6 has been poor from the start. I use it only with my email program, because there's no choice. Please consider this post closed.
