My laptop wont load up in normal mode but will load up in safe mode, i unistalled the driver and i could load up in normal mode. I went and downloaded the new video driver then it went back to a black screen and there is lines running throughout the whole screen, but it will work in safe mode anybody know anything about this kind of problem! any info will be greatly appreciated!

you might want to uninstall the video driver,
run Driver Sweeper Program, see link here: http://www.guru3d.com/category/driversweeper/
and then reinstall the video card drivers again.
Hope this helps :)

Thank You! I will try it!!

Hope it works for you, it did for me when I was having video card drivers and I use it when new video card driver upgrades are available :)
-
I finally got a chance to try this and it still doing the same thing any other suggestions? Thank you for the help!
-
is this a new laptop that still has warranty or is it an older one?
-
its an older one about 3 years now
-
maybe you want to try installing an older driver to see if that fixes your problem? Then you can get it updated later.
-
im not sure if its the driver or not i might just reload xp, i dont really want too but i might have too unless someone has some better ideas

after you start the laptop, do you see anything intelligible? Like a logo or startup screen? Or is is garbled with lines right when you turn it on?
-
actually the logo comes up and the is lines on the screen and then before it fully loads it just goes black
