Title: clearing replace image drum message on okic7400

I have replaced the print/image drum on my Okidata Microline lazer C7400 printer.  

I cannot clear the replace drum message.  I have checked the manual to no avail....

Any help out there would be appreciated...

No you do not. All of the consumables, which include the Image Drums, Fuser, and Transfer Belt, have an automatic detection technology which resets the life counters. (This does not include the toner cartridges.)
all the components are activated automatically except the toner take the drom out again switch the printer of then on and replace the the drum it should then detect the new drum.
