Title: window explorer has encountered a problem and need to closed......

i get this msg evertytime the os start to load, i try the hijackthis method and still have this problem, one thing i notice that when this error msg pop up my video card toolbar disappears and my internet browsing becomes slow,i check my internet connection and its working great on my other computer,anyone pls help me fix this problem,tnx in advance....

try going to safe mode and disable all startup items and non-microsoft programs. and restart in normal mode and see what happens...
