-
no screen shot needed , you should know what i mean , my question will tell you if you read it
-
I have to agree your first post was fairly self-explanatory :). Did this just start? What happened between the last time everything was normal and the first time it wasn't?
-
2 inch cap or gap?
what web browser and what version?(help -> about)
-
Obviously he meant gap
-
ADG , I have to agree your first post was fairly self-explanatory , yes
i have got a new 24" flat screen monitor it was normal on the old monitor
-
in that case
what was the screen res before the change?
and waht was the screen res after the change?
-
Ahhh. Okay, did you install the driver for the new display?
-
in that case
what was the screen res before the change?
and waht was the screen res after the change?
why would that matter , 2 different sizes 2 different makes 1 modern 1, 5 years old
Ahhh. Okay, did you install the driver for the new display?
there was no disc with it or instructions had to set up blind
-
the res matters because it maybe doing aspect compensation
because without knowing it you be running something for example
1280x480
-
I'd think there'd be a driver. See if you can find one online for your display.
-
ADG: i remembered i had buttons so i played with them and found
image settings .............. off
aspect ratio ...................full
H - position .....................50
V - POSITION ...................50
CLOCK ..............................50
PHASE ..............................89
SHARPNES .........................0
i think its no3 i need to increase
-
You're not connected via DVI? Then yes, go ahead and change the settings to taste per res - most displays will remember each res setting and adjust accordingly.
-
i'll try and let you know to-morrow
-
i tried that , windows page and tool bars fills the screen but yahoo leaves the 2" gap , ch page fills the screen would it just be a yahoo thing
