Title: Can I use Apache with more than 10 people at once on Windows Vista?

I will turn my PC into a web server and I have one problem. I need to know if I can use a web server with Apache on Windows Vista with more than 10 people at once.
1. Can I use Apache with more than 10 people at once on Windows Vista?
2. Is the 10-people limit only on Microsoft Windows Networking features or all Applications.
Note: Windows Vista Home Prem. may have IIS but it is not used if exists.
